    I got 1 problem

    I've just started going to the gym for the last 4 weeks, and i go 4x a week, i can notice every body part of mine getting bigger, except my biceps they seem to stay the same each week or get smaller.

    Chances are they aren't getting smaller, that's just in your head. Truth being told, some people do have stubborn bodyparts that don't seem to grow. However, 4 weeks is hardly enough time to guage how well your biceps respond to training!! Most workout programs take about 6 months for enough evidence to guage whether or not a program does or does not work.

    Maybe I (we) can lead you in the right direction, what do you do for them? hows the diet, get enough sleep.

    yeah dude i only workmy biceps twice a week. once with back and once by themselves.

    and the other dude is right. four weeks is hardly enough time. and if youre that concerned about it take some creatine

    my routin is monday biceps and back tuesday chest and triceps wednesday legs and thursday shoulders and friday, saturday,rest and i work on my biceps 40 min 45 the most if i feel like it.

    How am i overtraining them? when i work them once a week and work on them 40 min actually 35 cuz i do forearm for 10 min.
