Trying to get me back

I have been gone from the strength training and cardio scene for quite a while and want to get back what I had or close to it. That was 1995 through 1999. Any ideas. This is a tough challenge for me as I have turned into the 151lb food junkie and used to be healthy and 120lb and toned with nice muscle. Any motivation and advice wouild be great. Thanks.

Start slow with increasing progress.
Just make small changes at first.....cut down portion sizes, go for walks, etc. Then develop into more moderate changes....cut out all sugar/flour, take longer walks/start running.
Incorporate a weight routine when you start to see some progress and develop from there. These small changes add up and will lead to you becoming devoted to this long term.

Thank you

Motivation is great I am starting to get very discouraged and I have felt that I needed to become a more active member of Bodyspace.

Thank you much. Sorry for not replying sooner. School and work have made it hard to even sit down and post anything or workout!!
