My body is ****ED UP
Here's the story. I got No-XPlode and it didn't give me a pump but I still used it 8 weeks, then I got on NItrix which didn't give me a pump either so today I switched to naNO Vapor but the ****ing pumps wont come! EVerybody blames my training and my food but what exactly should I eat then and how should I train? All of these supps cant be failing me could they?

If everyone blames your training and food, what are you doing and eating?

I'm not doing anything wrong and that's why I'm so frustrated. High reps when I train and I only eat healthy ? COuld it be that my body is so used to NO products since I have used it for about 10 weeks?

What's your caffeine intake like? If you're taking too much caffeine, it won't bother you at all. I drank soda all the time (like a bunch) and never felt anything from products that had caffeine in them. Since I've stopped drinking soda, I feel all sorts of things from stims now.

I can still get pumps regardless of any NO use. You might try employing some high intensity techniques (Drop sets, super sets, etc...)

Also, I've been taking RPM, and I've noticed that if I lift before I start to feel pumped, the pump doesn't come. Once I feel the pump coming on, I can go to the gym and destroy the gym with my insane pumps. So maybe take it (take the highest recommended dose) and give it an extra long time to kick in.
Also, how is your sleep schedule? Lots of things to consider when not responding to something.

I sleep 7 hours , is that emough? I don't drink anything other than water, the only caffeine intake comes from the preworkout supps. Man I hate this, I'm so down right now

you weight just about 200 and you get 150 grams of protein in on avg...there's your answer. Up your protein to 300 a day and you'll be fine.

You SHOULD get pumps from working out alone.

Yeah I know, have no idea why it's so hard to get. But is impossible to eat 300 grams of protein a day? There's no possibility for me to get in that much?

Try VPX NO Shotgun... It's probably the most potent and is the only product to give me noticeable pumps...

dude, if he's not getting pumps from working out alone, supplements are not his problems.
When I knew nothing about nutrition or training, I was still getting pumps from a few pushups.

do you enough enough carbs as well? do you eat any carbs before your workouts. how much water are you drinking? are you dehydrated?
i don't take any supp's yet but i get pumps regardless, i also use the short rest period between sets to intensify the pump's i get.

Try taking them empty stomach. I dont think it has nothing to do with diet or protein intakes, I think your body just doest respond to NO supps.

Agreed... But if he wants to try supps to get a pump, and he's tried all the ones he has mentioned, he might as well try the one that has worked the best for many people including myself... Just sayin'...

The most insane pumps I ever felt happened while taking Blueprint from MAN. It's one of the few supps that blew away my expectations.

Eat your Protein and Carbs pre workout, take your supp an hour later.
You should always have carbs before a workout unless you are on an extreme cut.

expecting pumps from a pure NO product alone is like expecting 8.4 pounds of lean natural muscle from Cell Tech... Don't believe the advertising. If you are going to use a NO product, then get one that has an energy component. Try white flood, I like the stimulant, it supports me through my workout without energy spikes. The pumps I get from a good workout with decent nutrition, not from WF though.

No it isn't.
Let's say you wake at 6am, bed at 10pm..eat every 2 hours, and you get 8 meals/protein shakes.
If each meal contains 35-40g of protein (or even a shake when you can't fit a meal in) you'd get 280-320g of protein per day.
