I couldn't find a website for him or I could just be missing it. I live in London but I'm planning a trip to Cali in December. I hoping I could train with him for a week to pick up some points. Any help would be great .
Thanks

I don't know why you'd want to train with Charles Glass. He hasn't contributed any science to fat loss or muscle gain methods and his trainees have had their success because of their genetics and drugs and he can't give you any of these two. Then again the decision is yours and Milos can charge what he wants, he isn't forcing people to go to him and pay the $500 an hour.

ive trained in golds for a few months at a time, charles is nearly always there....so im guessing he wont have much free time. you would def want to get in contact with him asap to give you the best chance to make it happen. as mentioned above, ring golds or contact "propta" at www.propta.com as thats the company he is contrated to.
i never had a session with him altough i did want to but even from just listening to him speak with other clients and watching them been trainied by him picked up some nice little tips. in the months that i trained there and saw him there i only ever saw him training himself once. was kinda cool."I see greatness in my future, tomorrows greatness will be the next days past, and each day there after, that greatness shall be surpassed"

If they really show you a lot of great info then the price isn't so bad. I mean there are tons of people on here who spend $300 a month on supplements, and don't get anything at all out of it. I've bought a few pointless $100 supplement stacks myself over the years. If you can spend $300 on training and insight that will definitely change your physique for the better then the money is worth it.
Personally, I'd go to Gold's and just creep around Charles while he is training other people haha.

yep, that's what Creeps do! LOL!!!
actually, HULK, you made a great point comparing the personal training fee to what people spend on worthless supplements....
Charles is a very insightful individual: to say, as someone suggested, that he could only help guys taking roids is silly: he has a very good knowledge of kinetics and is not afraid to change angles and grips and other things to accomplish something for his clients particular bone structure and build....
I say, if you can swing it financially, why not......

Don't waste your money.
I don't know why everyone is in love with Charles Glass's training. He's one of those weird people who thinks you can shape a muscle through exercise (you can't).
Plus, lets be honest fellas -- weightlifting is not a terribly complicated thing. Diet and nutrition, sure, that gets kind of complicated at times, but just hitting the weights is pretty simple and straightforward.
If I was going to toss away money, I'd get a nutritionist first.

dude, at 5'8'' and 180 I don't think you have a whole lot of room to be calling any pro BB trainer an idiot. Although I don't know glass through personal experience, many of his insights have been helpful to me (as have the insights of many BB'ers over time). Although trainers are not for everyone, it canot be argued that a personal trainer is a great asset for many as he can pust you in new directions and he is not bound by any sub concious barriers that you may have built. Trainers also have great knowledge of kinetics and are able to custom tailor workout programs that fit your body type correctly. Don't flame glass until you've won a sandow or 2 WITHOUT a trainer. (putting on my HATA BLOCKAS!)

You also might ask any aspiring bodybuilder, whats the point of even going to the gym then?
And training can be a very fundamental aspect of reaching your goals. Before you say supplements and diet are integral parts, but training isn't... Hold up a second.
Do you KNOW for a fact that your diet is 100% of what it could be? How about even 75%? 50%?
Ask that same question for your supplementation, drugs included... 100%?
And now training? Somewhere along these lines rest applies to. Do you know WHEN you need to take a day off? What do you should/could do on that day?(maybe some stretching or a little cardio, or nothing at all?) And are you the type that can grow exponential amounts of muscle by training light with lots of reps? How about lots wieght but low reps? If niether, then what kind of mix works best for you? Do you really know? Is your form what it should be to stimulate maximum growth? I'm not talking full ROM, I'm talking for maximum stimulus. Since we all want big muscles, that is what's important right?
Is not as "straight forward" as you might think for some people. If you don't want to train with someone who has more knowledge then don't. Someone else will, and make better gains than you.
