Several years ago I fully seperated my left shoulder when I fell off a dirt bike. I had shoulder to "repair" the shoulder. It's a lot better, but still not right.
A few months ago it started hurting again one day after I did shoulders. Now it acts up, sometimes just a little, sometimes enough to cut my workout short.
My plan is to not do shoulders for a month or so. But is it OK to take 200-400mg ibuprofin pre-workout? I'm just concerned about toxicity to kidneys, liver, etc.

Take Cissus RX
It works wonders, My 67 year mother has gone virtually pain free in less than 3 weeks, she had the usual Aches in the bones as well as Tendonitis.
She was not able to sleep and had to wear braces on her forearms and wrists.
"Cissus also possess analgesic properties on a mg per mg basis comparable to aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen. Cissus quadrangularis constitutes one of the ingredients of an Ayurvedic preparation, `Laksha Gogglu', which has been proved to be highly effective in relieving pain, reduction of swelling and promoting the process of healing of the simple fractures as well as in curing the allied disorders associated with fractures"
Cissus Rx is hard to find as it has been out of stock for a while wherever I looked.
BB.com should start carrying this product."Schmoke and a pancake?"
"A Pipe and A Crepe?"
"A Bong and A Blince?"
Well..Mr Powers, I see there is no pleasing you.
