Need help, lose fat gain muscle

Hey, I want to lose fat but gain more muscle. I really don't like cardio but i absolutely love weight lifting!! Im willing to do about anything when it comes to lifting weights, i would love to get help with amount of reps and sets, and rest time.

also what supplements are good to help reach my goals? if you need more information just let me know!!

There are tons of resources available on bb.com if you're looking for a workout routine. Also, when I first started, I used the rep scheme from the Body for Life program, and found that extremely helpful:

You'll get the best results from following a program that works well for you. Depending on the exercise, I normally do about 3-4 sets, starting with 12 reps and working to lower reps, and doing as much weight as I can without compromising correct form. I try to rest for about 30-60 seconds between each set but this varies depending on my goals for the workout.
