    With the amount of fat on my body right now, would i be able to get a six pack? or would i have to lose fat first, and if so..how much?

    I'd say that you are more like 17-18% BF, not quite 21%...

    Anyway, if you want a six-pack, you are going to have to lose some of that fat.

    well, it doesnt look like you have 21% bodyfat to me...

    but yea, you'd still have to lose a bit. shouldt be too much work though... just a few pounds...

    I really don't know but you but losing LOTS of weight quicly will result in muscle loss. Just watch what you eat(i dunno what your metab. is like so i can't help ya there) and do lots of cardio. If your burn more calories than you eat in a day that equals weight loss.

    i m in a good mood so i will help you out

    you are at ~20%BF and you say you weigh 160lbs. 160x.1=16... 160-16= 144lbs... you need to lose 16lbs of FAT (not just bodyweight... so you will end up losing more than just 16lbs total, more like 20-25lbs b/c you will probalby diet/train wrong) to get good abs

    there is info everywhere on how to do this

    i recommend bulking though, no one will care if you weigh 140lbs and have a ****ing 6pack

    eat right, lift hard, cardio, just keep that up and youll see gains in no time, just stick with it and youll get your 6 pack you wanted, everyone takes differnt time to loose bf

    stop asking how to do it, you've been provided with more than enough information, and there's even more available to you if you look for it (search)...you wanna know how to do it? stop worrying about tans and bf% and abs, get off your ass, and do something to change yourself. get motivated.

    why are people so concernend about Abs. Id much rather have a complete body than have a 6 pack. Looks really weird when u have a six pack, and my little sister can still lift more than you. All im saying is try bulking up a little bit and liftin some weights for your whole body, and forget about your abs. Worry bout your abs when the rest of your body is fullfilled.

    lol you're at about 13% bf. What you need to do for now is to eat. You will be able to see your abs if you lose probably 5 lbs max. You're skinny;seeing your abs shouldn't be an objective unless you've got intentions of wooing a young lady at the beach. Focus on adding some size. You may even lose bf if you diet correctly while doing a bulk with slightly over mantainance calories.

    He took his (body weight) - (goal bfp x body weight) to figure out where he has to be. That is assuming he loses no muscle.

    you really aren't like 20% bf. i duno why people are saying 18-20. you're at about 12-14%. you just dont have much muscle to pop through that thin skin.
