dip station/belt that holds weight (cheap).....

Im a junior in high school so I don't have too much money but where can I get a cheap dip station? And anywhere I can find a weight belt that I can strap weight onto somehow. So I can do weighted pullups and dips..... Thanks

weigh loading dip and chin belt, right on this site, hmmmm

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/belts.html

dip station, I've actually tried one of these with 80lbs strapped on and I'm 225, so it's sturdy

I prefer the angle ones like this

remember, with fitness equipment, cheap is usually JUST CHEAP. The two above are mid priced and sturdy, that is what you want to look for because they'll give you life for your dollar.

With the angle, the closer you get , the narrower the grip, wider helps keep you from tucking the elbows and using all triceps, narrow lets you tuck the triceps without strain on the shoulders.

Go to wallmart and buy the Power Tower manufactured by Bollinger its $100 its a bit bigger than the stand alone dip station but you also get a leg raise station and a nice wide pullup bar for stretching those lats, you can go wrong for the price.

p.s. Bollinger isnt knowen for its quality so do you research before buying any thing else from them.
Beware fellow lifters and dieters, do your research when purchasing any and all supplements.

Where theres a will theres a way!
