Most people do it on a separate day, in the mourning, or after your workout.
Your rep range for your chest is a personal thing and something you need to figure out. Expirement. You can stay with one rep range anyway you have to switch it up. Do 8-12 for awhile then go to 4-6.Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6

Do cardio in the morning for fat loss and before your workout so u can get the blood flowing. If you want to do cardio on seperate days it couldent hurt. My rep range for chest is 8-12 depending on what I am wanting to do.

Actually, doing cardio before weight lifting is not good because you are draining your glycogen stores in the process. So when you go to do weights afterwards your body cannot tap into those stores for energy, so it goes directly to the muscle mass for glycogen. AKA muscle breakdown.
When I'm bulking I do 20-30 mins 2-3 times a week after I lift (intensity depends on how I feel). And when I cut it goes up to every day in the morning before lifting. (45 mins walking on an incline)Stimulate, don't annihilate.

If it drains your glycogen stores then why do pro bodybuilders do cardio before they do their workouts. If you are eating correctly and getting every thing you need like eating a post workout and pre workout meal then you should be fine.

I do whats called gorilla cardio. It's just basically wind sprints. I sprint for 20 seconds, walk 10, sprint another 20, walk 10 and repeat for like 8 to 10 minutes. This is a very intense workout but high intensity cardio like this has been proven to burn more fat overall than lower or medium intensity cardio.

I surf, skate, snowboard or play soccer... and not more than twice a week! Soccer is the best cardio though. Is 5 minutes of cardio before a workout too much and would it be helpful at all?

You should be doing 5 minutes of cardio before weight lifting. Just make sure it's low intensity. It helps bring your core temperature up and it's a good warm up. If you stretch you also need to do the 5 minute run before you stretch and before you lift because you should never stretch a cold muscle.
