this is per the usual.
A guy who looks like he's hardly trained for a year talks about how he gained 15lbs in 3 weeks. Well then why the hell don't you look 100x better if you have those kinds of genetics. Sounds more to me like you ran a cycle with dbol and are bloated and full of water.

Only thing noticable is an increase in lat size, but nothing overly significant. Other than that, keep at it, 3 weeks is a small amount of time. Come back in 3 months.

A first timer who is way under his natural potential could MAYBE get 40%+ on most lifts after a 10 week cycle on strict diet and training.

3 weeks isn't alot. Possibly not trying hard as well on first few sessions. But i'll always say from never training to training on test etc is bad idea for impatient people. At least a few years training before you should consider it but thats just my opinion!

dude you are so stupid...yes that is possible. I have ran a 3 week cycle of masterdrol and my bench went up 70 pounds. I have had friends run the same cycle and experience +100 lbs increase in bench. Plus you should also watch what you say. Look at your stats..they suck. You weigh 190 lbs 6'1, 22% body fat, 14 inch arms, and 157 pound bench...wow

Seems anytime someone posts a pic they get ran down here? How is it EVERYONE is taking roids and lying about body weight or size or lifts they have accomplished?....Seems more like people are uptight and jealous than anything? Not trying to flame, or get attacked here, but from a lot of posts im reading it just seems this way...

I know where you're coming from but there is a fine line between bs and fact. There's no harm inbeing skeptical and with these claims I don't blame them. But I'll give him the benefit of doubt, "so are these gains natural or not?

Wow.....posting this makes me want to go cut my self. I posted on there true facts about my gains, and i got beat down. I posted real pics of my before and after, and got beat down.
This area is suppose to post your progress and get feedback to boost your motivation and to make you work harder. Screw every one here who decided to post negative feedback. Not just on my post, but on Bodybuilding forum in general. We are all on the same team, a mature bodybuilders trying to reach our goal. And since i have been a member of this forum, my motivation has declined. Every time i post seems like there are five guys putting me down, and one saying nice job, keep it up.
If you don't have some positive feed back or construction criticism, then stop posting. You are tearing apart what the meaning of this forum is suppose to be for. For those who did give me the "keep up the good work" feedback that i was looking for, THANK YOU!

I apologize then, but you have to see it from our point of view. A 90lb bench increase, 15lb gain, and 1" on the bicep in 3 weeks is VERY hard to believe. If it's true, then great job, but most (including myself) just can't see that :/, hence the responses you got.

i am not sure ... when i first got back into lifting back in november of 06 ... me and my buddy both put on 60 and 70 lbs on out bench press in 2 months ... we thought that was huge ... we also were on creatine for the first time ansd actually paid attention to diet. since then i cut and lost about 30 pounds off of that (275-245) ... but in the last 2 weeks iv upped my calories from about 2200 to about 3500 and i ahve put on 15 pounds ... without any supplements so im not sure ... what kind of cycle are u on and what are you taking man, id love to see some gains that that myself i feel like i am pretty small after losing all the fat

Last time i checked these boards, and most countries that people post from were FREE. Anyone can post whatever they want, and the OP doesnt moderate it. If you didnt wnat to hear honestly what people thought about your rather "interesting" gains then change your post to say "Tell me what you think about my gains. But only if its positive"
Otherwise, shutup and take the criticism. See if i had done this all natural, id be laughing and proud that people thinking im lying.

I agree with what you say. But no where was it stated that people are required to give you positive feedback to boost your motivation. People can give you whatever feedback they want. This isn't the sunshine happy rainbow forum. And if you can't use negative feedback to increase your drive to succeed then bodybuilding might not be for you.
However, your gains are impressive if done without gear. I have no knowledge of the types of gains you get with gear so I can't comment on that.

Listen, if you're telling the truth regarding stats etc then I wouldn't give a **** what anyone else thought because its obviously impressive. Who cares if people are saying it can't be true - that should only make you happy.
