found a work out i guess i was making.......
ok i think i made this or made some of it can u tell me if it was or is any good? there is not dates or anything just that or u can tell me how to inprove it or i don't care
chest flat bench press 4 sets 8-10
lncline press 4 sets 8-10
pullovers 4 sets 8-10
back pullups 4 sets 8-10
bentover rows 4 sets 8-10
deadlifts 4sets 8-10
delts shoulder press 4 sets 8-10
military press 4 sets 8-10
shrugs 4sets 8-10
arms barbell curls 4sets 8-10
overhead extension 4sets 8-10
french press 4sets 8-10
legs squat 4sets 8-10
leg curls 4sets 8-10
calf raises 4sets 8-10
and i think this might or not be with this?
15mins do as many as u can.....?
1.barbell curls
2.skull crushers
3.dumbbell curls
4.dips

good selection of excercises but is that all in one day?
cut that 15 mins part off u dnt need it, do cardio instead

ok than i thought the 15 min thing is not right i don't know i did not see one unless u can set day to do it it would be great
