OKay im a 200 pounder. sophomore. OL / Middle LB - gonna make varsity maybe
our line isnt that big this year. so im gonna gain about 20 - 25 pounds. (i have 12 percent Bodyfat, gonna get it to 20 - 22)
So how does this bulking diet sound:
1. eat anything meat like, protein protein steak tuna
2. eat stuff with calories!! toast, burger king, pasta, bread, donuts, ice cream
3. supplement minerals and vitamins with multi vitamin
its gonna take me a 1 or 2 months to get up to where i wanna be in weight.
ANY MORE bulking suggestions for football?
