I workout for about an hr-hr and a half then i have around a 15 min break then I swim for either 45min-90min. When should I take my scoop of whey, after lifting or after swimming, or a scoop after each?

I would Take a small pwo shake right after lifting, wait 30 min and then swim. Something along hte lines of Torrent would be great for this because of it's fast absorption period. Adding a BCAA product like Xtend or Core ABC would also benefit you. After swimming I would take another protein + carb PWO to replace glycogen stores.
