BF about 22%? Im not sure...but I think its fat under my arm and not as much gyno.

bro, you have no muscle. I'd say your BF is around 20-25%. You need to hit the weights HARD and EAT(clean). Why would you think you have gyno? Because you have ZERO chest to speak of? It's just excess body fat. Do deadlifts, squats, and benchpress until you puke. Then post pics of yourself. If you haven't done a cycle of AAS, you don't have gyno. BTW, I'm not trying to be a dick but why would you post a pic of yourself in that condition on a BB'er site?

Everyone has to start somewhere, It will probably be tough as a vege to gain muscle mass...but not impossible...as for supplements, everyone here is gonna tell you TAKE THEM TAKE THEM...they will probably help, but they arent required either...Just work hard man...thats all I can say...and also, he more than likely is posting his pic, as lame as it is, on a bodybuilding site, becuase he wanted to know if he had gyno or not..he didnt say "CHECK OUT MY RIPPED BODY!!"...

Sup man , do you feel a solid mass behind the nipple? If you do no denying it, it's gyno only option to get rid of the mass growth is to have it surgically removed. They will do a chest scan on you if the mass isn't that big chances are you can firm up your skin and muscle it won't be noticeable. But if the gland is big, the leaner you get the more defined it's going to be of course. Go see an endocrinologist he will test your testosterone and estrogen levels. Maybe even recommend the next step if you want it out. Best of luck either way man cardio workouts and light weight training.

ill tell you right now, you have puffy nips. its not the same as gyno. you prolly dont have the gland but u have excess bf stored in the nipple area, and this fat will leave as overall bf drops.
BUT the main problem u have now is too much fat and too little muscle. All that is on your chest is fat, there's no pecs underneath to give it a manly pec shape. its just a flat chest with puffy nips flaring out. heavy chest work (incline dumbell presses esp) will build your pecs, and make it look 10x better than cutting. do not cut, CLEAN bulk bro. ive been in your shoes, trust me. gaining 1 pound of muscle will make u look better than losing 2 pounds of fat.

EDIT: if your 100% sure you feel a gland underneath, see a doctor as surgery is the ONLY option.

I dont think it is gyno, I mean have you ever even used testosteroind or do you even work out? It just looks like **** mna I dont know how you would ever let your body get like that if you actualy have any ambitions at all about bodybuilding. I dubt you even have 100 pounds of lean mass. Sorry for being an ******* but this picture disscusted me put a ****en shirt on!
