    Is this Gyno or just a high BF?

    BF about 22%? Im not sure...but I think its fat under my arm and not as much gyno.

    it looks like gyno to me, but i could be wrong. It's my best guess though. If you lost some weight, it would help it alot.

    im 144lbs and 5"10. I dont know should I be bulking or losing fat right now?? Im confused. Some people say lose fat other people say thers no point in losing fat untill you build up some muscle.

    Lol, shall i totally cut out cardio? I am doing a 3 day split from this week. I normally do cardio after my workout for 30mins, medium intensity.

    I dont think its gyno. What I think is that you are the classic skinny fat guy. You probably were extremely skinny growing up and have put on 20-30 pounds due to a terrible diet. Am I right?

    No i was always skinny-fat bacuse I always ate crap! I used to be ALOt fatter but asi grew taller i became in this sorry state.

    Ok, here's my 2 cents. You have almost zero muscle, dont worry not an insult because myself and many others have been there. With proper diet and supplementation you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time. People get confused by this because they keep thinking about gaining weight and losing fat, which is almost impossible. Again I dont think you have gyno but until you get down to at least 10% body fat you may not know for sure. If I were you I would get my daily cals in the 2200-2500 range with 50% protein, 40% carbs, 10% fat. You are probably somewhere around 15-20% body fat so your looking at losing 10-15 pounds of fat.

    bro, you have no muscle. I'd say your BF is around 20-25%. You need to hit the weights HARD and EAT(clean). Why would you think you have gyno? Because you have ZERO chest to speak of? It's just excess body fat. Do deadlifts, squats, and benchpress until you puke. Then post pics of yourself. If you haven't done a cycle of AAS, you don't have gyno. BTW, I'm not trying to be a dick but why would you post a pic of yourself in that condition on a BB'er site?

    Damn right lighting a fire under my ass.

    I dont eat meat and im eating about 2000 cals a day...with about 40/40/20 main sources of protein are cottage cheese, milk, and eggs. I used to be able to bench only 15 kilos now im up to 40kilos. same with most other lifts, iv doubled and more but the muscle isnt growing.

    also im just tring to get some help so i posted my pic. if u dont like it dont reply

    It's difficult to gain muscle mass w/o animal products. Difficult but it can be done. Look into some veg BB'er sites and start supplementing with protein shakes and Tunafish if you eat fish. Good luck and like I said, not trying to be destructive- just constructive.

    Listen, before my arm was totally flat and you couldnt see any muscle whatsoever. Now you can see some [after a few months on and off lifting weights]

    Everyone has to start somewhere, It will probably be tough as a vege to gain muscle mass...but not impossible...as for supplements, everyone here is gonna tell you TAKE THEM TAKE THEM...they will probably help, but they arent required either...Just work hard man...thats all I can say...and also, he more than likely is posting his pic, as lame as it is, on a bodybuilding site, becuase he wanted to know if he had gyno or not..he didnt say "CHECK OUT MY RIPPED BODY!!"...

    Nah, do cardio UNLESS you can't grow with it in your routine. Since you're just getting started, you should be able to strip away some BF and gain some mass fairly easily for quite some time.

    It might be gyno, when you drop some body fat it might go away. Focus on cutting up and then see how it looks.

    Sup man , do you feel a solid mass behind the nipple? If you do no denying it, it's gyno only option to get rid of the mass growth is to have it surgically removed. They will do a chest scan on you if the mass isn't that big chances are you can firm up your skin and muscle it won't be noticeable. But if the gland is big, the leaner you get the more defined it's going to be of course. Go see an endocrinologist he will test your testosterone and estrogen levels. Maybe even recommend the next step if you want it out. Best of luck either way man cardio workouts and light weight training.

    ill tell you right now, you have puffy nips. its not the same as gyno. you prolly dont have the gland but u have excess bf stored in the nipple area, and this fat will leave as overall bf drops.

    BUT the main problem u have now is too much fat and too little muscle. All that is on your chest is fat, there's no pecs underneath to give it a manly pec shape. its just a flat chest with puffy nips flaring out. heavy chest work (incline dumbell presses esp) will build your pecs, and make it look 10x better than cutting. do not cut, CLEAN bulk bro. ive been in your shoes, trust me. gaining 1 pound of muscle will make u look better than losing 2 pounds of fat.

    EDIT: if your 100% sure you feel a gland underneath, see a doctor as surgery is the ONLY option.

    I dont think it is gyno, I mean have you ever even used testosteroind or do you even work out? It just looks like **** mna I dont know how you would ever let your body get like that if you actualy have any ambitions at all about bodybuilding. I dubt you even have 100 pounds of lean mass. Sorry for being an ******* but this picture disscusted me put a ****en shirt on!
