    It depends on what grip you use there is no practicular grip for either one.

    I would say keep the palms facing you, because if you have your palms facing away from you, you can snap your biceps up pretty easy..

    i assume you mean the grip you have in the sumo stance, used in the regular deadlift, well, it doesnt work.
