Shoulders lagging!

I have a problem with my shoulders....They are weak and small! I need for them to get big and strong!

Currently I can barely do 3 reps of 135lbs on military press!! What can I do to gain more strength so I can push more weight and get nig wide shoulders?!

HELP!!

I work out 4 days a week and am currently on a 12week tri-phase workout....I weigh 195lbs and am 6'0.

Drop the weight a bit and do 8-12 reps per set. You'll be able to press 135 for a full set after you develop your shoulders.

Try higher repetitions. If you can only do three repetitions of 135, then perform 10 repetitions of 115.

Seated presses are the movement of choice for bodybuilders because maximal weight can be moved with back support.
