Well, I have decided to do my first log, which is superdrol. A little bit of infor...I have been training off and on now since my sophmore year in highschool which was about 5 years ago. I have kinda hit a wall right now so hopefully this supp will help out.
Stats--body weight as of today 194....Lightest i have been in like 3 months, I was doing a lot of bulking before I started this supp because i want to see if it can help with cutting.
Body Fat--Probably around 14-15 percent...I dont really have any goal set for this except to eliminate the little pudge i have in my lower abdomen
Ok..other supps-- FOOOOD , Epedra for a pre workout kick, Milk Thistle and whey
I lift mon-thurs because i work full time thurs-sun (night shift) so I plan on doing Chest monday, Shoulders and back on tues, bi's and tri's wed and legs on thurs. Cardio will be done throughout the week when I feel up to it
Moving right along, PCT will include 6-oxo and Milk thistle with NAC, no i cannot get nolva and im not sure even how.
I plan on running superdrol for 3-4 weeks, keeping it at 10mgs for at least the first week, then I will reevaluate and consider bumping it up or what not.
OK Day 1
Today being monday it was chest day
Flat bench was first:
Dumbell Incline Press
warm up 60*10
100x3 (personal best)
warm up 20x15
Stamina was good, strength was excellent since i havent lifted heavy on chest in about 2 weeks, after chest i did abs which was good. Overall Im sure i havent had any effects of the Drol yet. Ill keep ya posted
Also any advice would be apprecaited.
