I was reading some article saying to up carbs to like 600-800, thoughts? I am already up to 330 for the day.

200-250g protein
50-80g fat
the rest carbs, whatever it comes out to.
I've read that for bulking you probably want more g in carbs than protein (something like 3:1 or even more), even perhaps dropping the protein to 1g/lb or less. However, I'm to much of a wuss to try that (I think I'd gain fat) and I like my protein.
