dude, it's a smith machine, do some real squats! And form is bad, you are leaning against the bar, if you did that in a real squat you would fall on your ass.

Mixed feelings on this one. Your actual form is ok because you're initiating at the hips and sitting back into the squat, but it also looks like you might just be leaning back on the bar...
Also, can't really tell if your back is rounding from this angle, but it looks ok.
If possible, I would recommend ditching the smith for squats. If you can't, it's ok to use it to start off, but make sure you are not leaning on it. You will definitely want to move on to free weights if you really want to benefit, though...
