I'm 14 and I allready have been told to compete but in my mind I'm just not that big enough for me to be satisfied. I know that if I want to grow I need to eat riht which I do. I eat no sweets nothing, I don't even have a cheat day. I eat my oatmeal, egg whites, tuna, steak and even my protein before and after a workout but I would really appreciate it if someone gave me a strict diet to follow. I want to know exactly what to eat and when to eat it so I can gain a couple of more inches of muscle. Thanks
