Exclamation Change is the Challenge, Life is the Test.

    Change Is The Challenge
Life is one big test & it is all up to you whether or not you pass or fail. If you pass you will be happy & liberated from all of your karma, if you fail you will end up a miserable sludge bucket waiting to be recycled by nature, just begging for death. Life is too long to be miserable & too short to waste in the mental bull****, so don’t fail yourself.

Here’s how to pass the test: Stay healthy, vibrant & alert. Balance is the key. You have to sleep but not oversleep or under-sleep, & always choose premium *(deep) sleep over light sleep. You have to exercise, you have to do cardio, weight training & yoga daily with out overtraining or under-training, & never train with improper form. You have to eat, but not overeat or under-eat, & never eat unhealthful foods. These all apply not only to the physical body, but to the mental & spiritual self.
Basically, Information & spiritual wisdom are the food & water for the mind & spirit. Self-confrontation is weight training for the mind, because it builds you a strong mental structure. Praising the lord, doing good actions & helping others (without taking recognition) are forms of cardio, they burn the mental fat, you can even go further by defining the intensity of the action & how it matches up with different types of cardio id est walking, jogging, running & sprinting.

The similarities between mental & physical fat:
    • It won’t just fall off in time.

    • It must be removed by vigorous exercise. Instead of running or lifting weights, in order to remove mental fat you have constantly confront your ego, practice wisdom & stay positive.

    • You must keep a strict diet. In other words, you must control what you take in thru your senses (no junk food!). Just as you shouldn’t eat sugar, refined or unnatural foods & denatured fats, you shouldn’t partake in shallow conversation or the collection of useless information via TV, radio, reading, etcetera.

    • Consistency/persistence is the key to any good program! Its not what you do once, but every day that counts.

    • Diets won’t work unless accompanied by exercise, & vice versa.

    • In order to keep the fat off you must make permanent life altering habits.

    • If you don’t burn the junk you take or took in, it will accumulate as fat.

    • The longer it stays on & the older you get, the harder it is to get rid of it! But that’s no excuse, if you haven’t already; start removing your fat today!

Similarities between physical & mental muscle:
    • Let me first define mental muscle. Mental muscle is simply your thoughts & tendencies (ego), your tendencies may be weak or lethargic, but mental weight training will make your tendency to do good very powerful.
    • Weight bearing exercises such as “pumping iron” & intense short duration sprinting are forms of muscle confrontation, they stress the muscles to perform which then breaks the fibers down so they may recover & at the same time they grow back bigger & stronger.
    .
    • The weight training maintains & builds structure, the cardio increases your metabolic processes & when accompanied by weight training it speeds the release of fat.

    • 80% of your results rely on diet. If one does sufficient exercise but consumes junk food all day, you take 1 step forward but 2 steps back.

    • If you want to build a good mental or physical structure, you require a lot of healthful food (essential wisdom). You have to eat regularly 5-6 meals a day. If you can’t get your hands on good food, then you seek it out. In the sense spiritually you must seek out wise preceptors.

There are many more ways that the knowledge from the bodybuilding world can be applied to the “mind-building” & “life-building” aspects. Contemplate them, test them, and put them into use.

Knowledge is power. If you leave it unapplied, it will leave you un-benefited.

Live life Zestfully w/ awareness & compassion.
    w/ Love – Ravindra.

Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.
