Well I decided that for summer I want to shed off a few more lbs and gain some more muscle so I can goto the beach and not be laughed at, as well as become healthier and feel better ultimately. Heres my plan:
Supliments:

1. Kent Nutrition GT-Turbo (2 Caps 3 Times Daily)

- - 100Mg Caffeine Anhydous
- - 100Mg Rhodiola Rosea
- - 50Mg Grapeseed Extract Powder
2. Vasopro (1 Pill 3 Times Daily)
- - 25Mg Ephedrine Hydrochloride
- - 200Mg Guaifenesin
QUESTION: I am thinking about adding 300mg Aspring to this stack... Should I????
3. AST Multi Pro 32X Multivitamin (1 Pill Morning & Night)
4. Flaxseed Oil Softgels (1 Pill Morning & Night)
- - 1g Flaxseed Oil - 10Cals
QUESTION: Should I increase the amount of flaxseed oil intake?
5. Creatine Ethyl Ester (2.5g Before & After workout or 2.5g serving before bed on off days)
6. Whey Protein + Dextrose (Before & After workout or as needed)
7. Casein Protein (1 Serving Morning - wakeup & Night - before bed)

Workout:
1. Very active warehouse job from 12-6 Mon-Fri
2. Mon: Chest / Arms
3. Wed: Legs / Abs
4. Fri: Back / Traps / Shoulders
5. Cardio whenever I have some free time to kill
I am considering revamping my workout plan as I would like to incorporate more than 3 days of lifting and some extra cardio. Any plans other people are using are very openly welcome and would be much appreciated.
Nutrition:
More or less just trying to eat as clean as possible within reason. I am not 100% strict on it right now because I am still edging my way in and every other time I have tried to start 100% I have fallen off pretty fast because I couldnt handle it. I want this to be a lifestyle change so I'm incorporating good foods that are high in protein, good fats, good carbs, with the occasional cheat in there to keep me sane for a bit. I am also eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day, trying to slope my carbs down towards the end of the day. I keep track of my food on fitday.com and have sickofbeingfat.net to help me track my progress. Food is not a very big issue right now as I have been eating well and keeping my calories at a good state (2000ish / day). I don't need too much help or advice on this section as I think I am quite knowledgeable in this area and am proud of how I have been eating lately.

Personally, if I was 5'7 175 and 19% BF I would want to cut for the summer to show off my muscles and abs.... Cut down to like 10-12 BF% and around 160. But I don't know, looks ok.
