I keep reading how one way to tell if your in ketosis is by body odor (breath,sweat etc.)

How bad is this odor? Have people ever commented or noticable avoided you? How did you deal with the odor?

Your urine will smell strong..and yes you could have some bad breath. Never heard the sweat thing before.

All in all, nobody will notice........Just dont piss on anyone!
