I really hope you don't rush anything. An accident like this can have more impact on you that you realize. This looks something like my car ten years ago...it stays with you for many months. Very glad you came through as well as you did. Best of recovery.

Best of luck on your recovery! Make sure you take it slow?I tried to get back to the gym too soon after back surgery and made a big mistake. ATB

I actually went to the gym last night, and went hard and heavy on chest/shoulders/tri's. I didn't find any extra bruising from where my artery had bled inside my arm, and no pain anywhere today.
I lost a small amount of strength, so I wasn't too disappointed. I had to drop 5lbs per db on incline, and drop 10lbs on BB, I felt good and just needed to stretch ALOT, never felt so tight in my shoulder/chest before. I had a pump in my chest after 2 sets also, and I never get chest pumps.
The problem! i'm 175lbs post accident.... where as i'm 188-189 or so in my avatar.... but i'm lifting the exact weight +/- 5lbs, so that's bugging me.
deadlifts tonight. i am staying light though, i'm going to stop at 315
