I have a Powertec power rack + a Powertec utility bench (leg extension + leverage arm curl accessory) + a oly bar + a EZ bar + a trap/shrug bar + a roman chair + a set of Powerblocks (85 lbs) + 350 lbs of oly plates + a dipping belt + abs straps + a ray manta + a Ironmind pinch block and a carabiner for oly plates + a top squat (Dave Draper) + a head harness + a stationnary bike
I ordered a leverage squat machine from Powertec ,it should arrive soon .
My max bench press is 330 lbs
Max squat 400 lbs
I don't use cables .
I think you're pretty much covered. Can you use your roman chair for reverse hyperextensions? That might be something to look at if you're really looking to buy something.
Have you considered cable equipment - especially a crossover tower? They won't compete against the olympic bar / dumbbells for strength training, but they're pretty good for getting at the smaller muscles and helping to improve flexibility? Also, if you're already in great shape, I think they'll help with one or two of the vanity muscles, by giving you enormous variations in exercises.
One of the advantages of cables is constant tension - even some dumbbell exercises can lose tension at certain parts of the movement.
You have pretty much everything else, so it's hard to recommend things that you might need. :-)
Can you give details on your trap/shrug bar please - it's something that's on my Santa list too...
My bench press and lat pulldown machine are made by Sterling..My squat rack, single bench and gripper machine are made by TDS.. Dumbbell rack 5 through 50.Plus 55 and 60,building up the bigger set now..Also have 600 lbs in plates, and a wave master heavy bag

Just a small local shop. I paid 70 dollars for it, which is a pretty good deal..Somebody had bought it and used it for 2 weeks before deciding it was to big.So he took it back..The owner was so over stocked that he didn't have any room..I was just going there to pick up some protein and ended up leaving with a squat rack..Couldnt pass it up

My basment. I have big plans for buying tons of ****. I just got back 5 minutes ago from buying some hex dumbells so i don't have to mess with adjusting the weight. Because of money restrictions i only got 30-50 but next week I shall buy another 200 worth. I then went a smith machine, calve raise seat, and many other fun things to spend my money on.
