I was going to do cardio at work but 3 teens, the police, and the crisis unit had different plans for me. I did 3 high risk intakes last night and was run off my feet from 10:50 pm to 6:15 am, don't mind the teens its the gawdamn paperwork that comes along with them.
Anyways, I was ALPHA and my boss told me I worked hard enough for the night and let me leave 40 min early, paid of course.
My cals were less than a 1000 today

June 11 and 12
Two 45 min treadmill sessions per night.
These days my work got to me, couldn't sleep properly, no energy. Dropped carbs to 100 grams both days to compensate for no weight training.
Diet and cardio in check, weights not.
its ok, I'll have muscle to spare, but my mind is not up to par right now.

Maybe Kitty went all "Fiend" and did squats AND deadlifts on the same day and hurled?

I will answer replies and visit very soon, been kinda busy, thanks for your patience.
I promised pics last week, I'm a bit late.
This was me @ 255 right when I teamed up with Layne in March 2008. Very full and very fat, around 35% bf.
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...20pics/a1a.jpg
just plain fat
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...pics/017-2.jpg
This is my quad 4 days ago @ the gym...
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...d_73/028-3.jpg
4 days ago in my bathroom mirror.
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...d_73/051-2.jpg
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...d_73/054-2.jpg
June 22, Monday. Only 4 days after last pics (and a bald head).
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...end_73/001.jpg
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...d_73/003-1.jpg
http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z...d_73/009-2.jpg
-no new pics of my lower body, its better conditioned than my upper half though.
I weighed myself while posting this too, 242 lbs.!
This is exactly why I wouldn't step on the scale while my TRT was upped.
Over a year I've been at this, having untreated low Testosterone levels held me back alot. I poured in the work and did not eat and still looked the same.
I could sit on my ass and say "Good job Brian, you've come a long way." but I'm not satisifed until the comp is done. I have a long ways to go and its going to be a close one to get there.
Backed up against a wall, time's running out, and my chances are slim to nil.
just the way I like it
Excuse me for my absence, I have been very sick the last week and lucky to get my workouts in. post 'em later.

DANG! You lost a boatload of fat & gained a ton of muscle if you're only 13lbs less in those pics!!!! I would have never guessed the weight difference was that!!! It looks like MUCH more! Great job & repped.

I see a lot of fat loss from last year - which is exactly what you're after, so gjbm! As you've discovered, it's been a longer journey than you expected but you've adapted and adjusted to meet those changed conditions. to quote James Yorke: "The most successful people are those who are good at plan B"
The only recommendation I have to make at this point is to stop dicking around with any progress photo poses other than the mandatories. The "one arm flex in the bathroom mirror" pose ain't cuttin' it anymore - photograph all seven mandatories and photograph 'em regularly...that way you're comparing progress apples with progress apples
