    veins popping out

    my veins pop out a bunch. i iknow some people where their veins pop out in their forearms sometimes like a little bit but mine pop out of my forearms and calfs alot. my brother says its because im really skinny and have no fat on me. what are your guys thoughts of my my veins pop out so much?

    Veins = low body fat and small amount of water retention

    I find I tend to lose my vascularity during bulking, this is probably because I put on a little extra fat aswell!

    yea i heard about low water retention.....wen i am on a creatine cycle my veins tend to be popping out WAYY more often than wen im not...basically all the time....and creatine there is a high water retention..right??/ so wuts up wit that?

    No idea why...

    I personally find that creatine doesn't increase water retention, the only effects I can feel are enhanced energy supply to the muscles in the gym!

    So when you have no body fat or very low body fat you can see your veins popping ut yeah? Thats is what i keep on doing though, when i train and every 2 weeks i check out my arms and i can see my veins more and more. Does that mean that I am loosing bodyfat?
