alright here is what i am doing
10-15mg a day of m1t (taken in 5mg increments approxiamately 6-7 hours apart)
200mg 4AD a day (100mg before workout and 100mg at night)
10-15mg a day of methyltestosterone (taken only before workouts)
for PCT i have:
2 bottles of 6-oxo
1 bottle of tribolan
1 bottle reboundXT
1 bottle of lean Xtreme
supplements running well on cycle:
cre2bolic CEE caps -- 4 before workout and 4 after workout
mutli vitamin and glucosamine with chondroitin
diet of about 4000 cals including atleast 350 grams of protein per day (minimum)

did legs (including calves) and had an absolutely short splitting pump. i think i like this stuff.
consumed 380 grams of protein.

Day 3
did arms, absolutely ridiculous pump
i did 3 supersets (one tri exercise, one bi)
then 1 burnout set for each body part.
total of 8 exercises and 21 sets in 1 hour 15 mins.
took 15mg of m1t (1 am, 1 pre workout, 1 before sleep)
200mg of 4ad(100mg pre workout, 100mg pre sleep)
10mg of methyltest (pre workout)
ate tons again, as different friends took me out for food to celebrate my bday. roughly 400 grams protein consumed.

i found that my body likes 200mg of 4Ad. thats not alot, so i pop 10mg of methyltestosterone to maximaze strength during my workout.

Day 4
thanks for the happy bday bro.
anyways yesterday was my off day from the gym, so instead i decided to do some mountain biking, i went with a group of buddies from like 1:30pm until 5pm. We rode some serious hills and at times had to carry our bikes through all kinds of mud (i am guessing it rained friday night) all and all it was a great time and brutally exhausting.
i took 10mg of m1t (5mg at 10:45am when i awoke and 5mg at 11pm before i went to bed)
200mg of 4ad (100mg before my ride and 100mg before sleep)
10mg of methyltest (before the ride)
consumed well over 400grams of protein as the 3 hour ride through hell, just emptied me out.
still no sides, feel great, a bit of lethargy but nothing i can't handle.

woke up took 5mg of m1t, 50grams of protein, 1 litre of water.
ate a big breakfast, dropped my gf off at work.
went to the gym, its was 33 degrees celcius inside. (i looked at the thermometer)
took 10mg of methyltest, 100mg of 4ad and another 5mg of m1t as well as my cre2bolic.
decided to train shoulders, as in the heat, i find they stay loose throughout my enitre workout. 6 exercises, 23 sets and 1 hour 22 mins later finished went home had another 50 grams of protein, popped 1000mg of milk thistle and decided to go for a walk. PUMP was unbelievable still.
took another 5mg of m1t and 100mg of 4ad before sleep.
still feel great, no real sides as of yet.

took 5mg of m1t with 50 grams of protein upon waking.
didn't do alot at work because it was sooo friggin hot out and i wanted to conserve my energy for my workout.
big back workout in my 30'C gym, unreal pump as the workout was extremely intense. took 5mg of m1t, 15mg of methyltest and 100mg of 4ad prior to my workout.
ate tons again today, easily 400g of protein.
still no sides except my throat is a bit sore but i think that is from allergies.
pumped down another 5mg of m1t and another 100mg of 4ad before sleep.

worked out at 3pm, took another 5mg of m1t, 100mg of 4ad and 15mg of methyltest... great chest workout, could barely shower after the pump was so intense.
didn't take anything before sleep, was out of it and forgot.
still no sides and everythings all good...protein intake was around 330grams.

no workout again today except for the 13 hours i spent ripping up concrete and laying interlocking brick...i am so sore right now, wow.
took 5 mg of m1t upon waking
took 100mg of 4ad at around noon while working
took 5mg of m1t around 4pm (about the same time as my normal workout)
took 5mg of m1t and 100mg of 4ad before sleep.
still no sides, lots of new stength and my roomates and friends are saying that i look bigger, thicker and alot more cut then even a week ago.
i'll weigh in tomorrow before my workout and again at the end of my cycle.

the 4ad is gone now, i'll be supplementing alone on m1t for the rest of the weekend, my pct starts on monday.
i have rebound xt, i started on lean xtreme today (lower cortisol), started on milk thistle today as well, i have 2 bottles of 6-0x0, i bottle of tribolan tribulus and lipo 6 fat burners for energy and to help shed water.

went camping over the weekend.
did lots of pushups, canoing and swimming.

my weight has increased dramatically, so has my strength, even with a bad hamstring.

had to extend cycle another couple days as DS has ****ed me over on the rebound Xt, no biggie though, i was able to get some novedex Xt from a local place in ontario for less then the rebound xt cost me.
i finally weighed myself and after starting the cycle weighing 225lbs, i have ballooned up to a massive 245lbs, in 23 days.
i am now taking lots of BCAA's and EAAs as well, my hamstring is almost completely healed 10 full days after pulling it. I'm ready to resume medium strength lower body workouts, which is no biggie as part of my pct is to cut down to around 230lbs and see how i look.
i am gonna take 20mg of m1t for 2 more days, along with 20mg of methyltest prior to my workouts.
i did shoulders yesterday and was able to easily press 225lbs for 4 sets of 10 reps, including a triple drop for my last set.
i have also found that my gains from m1t didn't really appear until the 15 day mark but have been accelerated through this week.
i have zero gyno, this confirmed by friends, an MD and my physiotherapist.
only minor side i noticed was slow digestion and lots of trips to the can (from the crazy amounts of water i ahve been drinking)
after my pct, i am going in for blood work and an underwater weigh in, as part of the university study i am involved with.

DONE i took my last m1t on june 25th and have started my pct
i weighed myself just prior to posting this and my weight has actually increased.
i find this weird as i have been using fat burners for 6 days now...247 lbs my new heaviest weight.
so far, zero sides, i have increased acne on my neck and shoulders but that is also because it was 39 degs this weekend and my house doesn't have AC.
i picked up some B5 to try and help keep my skin clean and the guy at the supplement store called me a juice monkey because he says only steriod users take B5, what a dick eh?
22lb gain, even with bad hamstring...i think i'll do another cycle in sept.
