    Pr in clean and Jerk

    I hit a PR in the clean and jerk today w/ 107.5 kilos. Hopefully i can hit 110 in about 2 weeks. Thats the goal. Anyone else have anygood lifts recently?

    Nice work man.

    I've snatched 185(84kg) for a triple and C&J 225(102kg) for a double. I'll have some new maxes in 6 weeks or so.

    I just started olympic lifting recently. On my second workout doing it I got a 75kg snatch and a 100kg clean and jerk. I'm still really working on form though. The snatch scares me a little 'cause I'm afraid I'm going to blow out my elbows or shoulders. With the clean and jerk I cleaned 105kg pretty easily, but I'm not very good at jerking so I failed at that. But I'm getting better.
