i do pretty much everything between 4-6 (to failure)

i use 8-12 for everything cept legs where i aim for about 15

calves- 10+
arms 6-14
forarms like 20+
chest 6-10
lower back (accept max) 6-10
traps 10-20

I usually pyramid my sets, taking them all to failure.
The final set of almost all exercises (except legs) I go at about 4 reps and that's absolute failure
Legs I just pump up my legs about once a month or so, really I train them pretty piss poor. It's funny though cause since I've done this both my calves and thighs are up an inch!!
