    Skin repairng cream?

Here's my story, I started at 258lbs in 8th grade... I was in terrible condition and high body fat.... then I moved and dropped the pounds... 3 years later I sit at 185lbs, good structure... but one problem... there is some loose skin around my stomach... I do a rigorous ab workout everyday... but I need some help. can someone tell me a good skin cream that will tighten my skin back up? any help would be great.

There's really nothing you can use that will permanently tighten up loose skin. Some people use "cutting gels" or preparation H to temporarily tighten up loose skin, but the effects are minimal and really only noticeable on people with very low body fats. Over time, the loose skin around your abdomen will tighten up on its own. You are very young and your skin is a lot more elastic than people who are older.

Some people who have lost large amounts of weight have to have plastic surgery to remove extra skin. From the information in your message, I don't think you fall into that category. Just give it some more time.

    Good Luck-
