    am i taking to much

    Im trying to get some new supplements to help me for my football season and i was wondering what would be a waste to get b/c this seems like alot
    Creatine- Phosphagen Elite
    Protein- 100% Whey Protein, Precision Protein, Muscle Milk, Myoplex Original,
    Amino Acids- BCAA 300G
    Adenergey-
    NO- Nitric Boost
    Endurtha
    Ginko Bilboa
    Ginseng
    Flaxseed Oil
    Weight Gainer- Real Gains

    Thank you very much also if anyone has a favorite cheap store i would greatly appreciate it b/c me and my parents are broke as hell

    first of all, this belongs in the supplement section, not in the log section.
    the most important supplements to take are whey protein, multivitamin, creatine, casein protein, and EFA's. You've got all of those taken care of. everything else isn't necessary, but if you like it go for it. also, a good, cheap store to buy from is right here at bodybuilding.com

    from your bunch...the keepers for bare minimum arebut if you have extra money and wanna buy some of the rest....fine)

    creatine
    whey
    flax

    from there instead of buying casein protein you can just mix some whey with milk at night and add some peanut butter and you're good to go. for a weight gainer, make your own using 2 scoops whey, 12 oz. milk, 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, 1-2 bananas and you're good to go. maybe buy some bulk CEE instead of the phosphagen, unless it is cheap and effective for you.
