My remaining belly fat is getting softer and jigglier as I lose weight overall. Is that a good sign that it will keep shrinking as I keep excercising? I am down from 182 to 159 3/4 even with putting on a fair amount of muscle at the same time and getting strronger on my lifts too. Can't wait to the rest of lose this flab entirely!

when you're fat gets soft it means it's less dense and has more blood circulation. IE, it's being used. Colder Hard fat is not being utilised yet.
The fat on my body is sooooooooooooo soft and squishy, LOL. I am a living, breathing, teddy bear <3I've gained and lost over 100lbs more times than any man alive should. Do as I say and not as I do.
