Tonight, I hadnt had anythin to eat for almost 3 hours so I went downstairs to get somethin to eat. There was probably some slices of beef or chicken in the fridge... but that meant ide have to go to the trouble of making a sandwich.
There was also 5 dunkin chocolate cookies sittin on the worktop, 90 cals each. So I just ate them instead. Please flame me... and how do I stop myself from eating crap when its sitting right there in front of me!!! I even snack between meals these days guys!!

Don't be a wimp...
There is a brownie cake in my kitchen, been there for a few hours. Everytime i waslk by it i wana gobble it down. But i never do...pure self control!Keto Diet:

threw wrestling i have learned self control.
I love looking at sweets they make me think how jacked im goin to look when i don't eat them. but if im trying to get my b/f % to around 9 can u give me a ball park about how much fat i should take in. like 10gs? I take 0 trans and my sat fat comes from milk. I got to get some skim milk. and i eat all sorts of nuts for my good fats.I reached my goal of 180... so where to now I don't know maybe 190 maybe 170. I think 190

alright, just think about your future and how you want to look and the more you do that, the less you will want to eat this food. there have been times where i slipped and put a cookie in my mouth, and in my moment of realizing what i was doing i went over to the trashcan and spit it out. its really tough to do, but you gotta find healthy foods that taste really good and that you can eat all the time. mine are protein shakes, protein bars, beef jerkey, nuts, fruit, and all types of meat. its really all mental, you gotta cancel out the bad stuff and focus on the good stuff. eventually, these foods will not even tempt you.
