This is my first blog of this nature, so I will begin with a little background. I'm 37 years old, and have found myself losing the "Battle of the Bulge", so to speak. My husband is a competitive bodybuilder, and I even went so far as to go through his pre-contest diet and cardio with him. He lost 40 pounds, I gained 10. I'm a big time insomniac, and have also just transferred from one Lowe's store to another brand new one. We are in the process of mass receiving so I will be getting tons of exercise. I've had a couple of doses so far, and have found that I'm getting more restful and quality sleep. But as soon as I start dropping the fat and weight, I will be posting all changes.

Thanks for putting up the log DD! Looking forward to your results! How has the Lipo-PM been working so far? You should make a template for everytime you make an update. It helps you out and makes it look more informative for everyone else. Since this is your first log, I will help ya out! You could do something like this:

Date:
Weight:

Workout:

Nutrition:

Things you have noticed:
-Strength
-Sleep
-Energy
-Stamina
-Fat loss
-Endurance
-Stress Levels


You can report whatever you feel is important. Hope that helps! I remember my first log, it was brutal, lol, very crappy log.

Workout:
30 min cardio, lots of running back and forth at work, doing mass receiving in the warehouse.
Nutritionrotein bar, diet coke, granola bar. (so far, this morning, and not all at once)

Things you have noticed:
-Strength: same
-Sleep big improvement, more restful
-Energy: same
-Stamina: unsure of any changes
-Fat loss: not yet, but hopefully soon
-Endurance: same
-Stress Levels: surprisingly not as bad as it could be

Workout:Still getting a lot of physical activity with the warehouse, but have still averaged at least 3 nights at the gym, lifting and cardio for at least a total of an hour and a half.

Nutrition:I'm working 12 hour shifts, so I've been forced to eat on the run a lot. I've been shying away from the fat-ladened fast foods, and am doing a lot more protein bars.

Things you have noticed:
-Strength
-Sleep: I'm out like a light
-Energy: With my added workload, I really can't tell.
-Stamina: Definite improvement, otherwise I'd be a pile of mush by now.
-Fat loss: I've noticed some changes in the way my clothes are fittin.
-Endurance: (See endurance)
-Stress Levels: Well, let's see... We're now down to one vehicle, my husband has an upcoming surgery, I have a deadline for a store opening, and I still haven't gone screaming into the night, yet...
