Workout:Still getting a lot of physical activity with the warehouse, but have still averaged at least 3 nights at the gym, lifting and cardio for at least a total of an hour and a half.
Nutrition:I'm working 12 hour shifts, so I've been forced to eat on the run a lot. I've been shying away from the fat-ladened fast foods, and am doing a lot more protein bars.
Things you have noticed:
-Strength
-Sleep: I'm out like a light
-Energy: With my added workload, I really can't tell.
-Stamina: Definite improvement, otherwise I'd be a pile of mush by now.
-Fat loss: I've noticed some changes in the way my clothes are fittin.

-Stress Levels: Well, let's see... We're now down to one vehicle, my husband has an upcoming surgery, I have a deadline for a store opening, and I still haven't gone screaming into the night, yet...
