    Split Vs. Full Body?

This being my first post I'll introduce myself. I'm 23, 6"2' and 170lbs with low body fat (obviously lol). I've been working out casually for the past few months but have recently moved into a new place where I have access to a universal gym as well as my regular free weights. Looking to increase mass and size at this point to get a little more bulk.

My question is whats everyone opinion on Split Routines VS. Full body routines. I have a decent 3 days split picked out from the workout generator on the site (wicked tool) but just wanted to know which one yields better results for what I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance everyone, this site has been really usefull for nutritional info and workout info.

Both work. 3-days split are exelent, as well as fullbody routines.

Since you've been doing 3-day splits why not going for a fullbody routine for a change ?
