Average Monthly Supplement Budget
What are some peoples average supplements budget? This is new for me and I am seeing all types of supplements that seem great but of course I can't buy everything. Could I get some ranges on what people spend monthly on supplements and what products those include.

May was about $95.
Reason why is that I got 6 months of CEE, 3 months of multi-vitamins, and 3 months of whey protein.
Normally it is about $20-$35.

I dont really have a monthly budget...cuz some things last more than a month.
I bought a 10lb bag of Whey protein...payed like 40-45 bucks(cant remember) and ive used it for two months now. Still have some left.
Your first purchase of supps. should cost no more that 100 bucks...then after that it should be fairly cheap...like 25-50bucks

currently about $90(canadian) per month, mostly for whey protein, as it is my main source of protein at the moment, so that accounts for a large portion of my grocery bill as well.
Multi, vitamin C, my dad's a pharmacist so he gets it REALLY cheap, barely worth mentioning.
about $10 per month on fish oil included in that amount (6g fish oil/day)

Probably somewhere near $100/month and I think I take supplements sparingly.

A 5lb jug of protein alone costs $100 here
You do the math

The price is practically the same for everything (ON, Dymatize Elite, Balance). I'd order from bb.com but the shipping charge is more than the protein itself, really makes you wonder considering NZ exports a lot of whey overseas like the US where its packed into jugs and sold for ~$20

the more time you spend on bodybuild websites, the more money you spend !!!!
but the good news is you usually get the losest prices on everything, much less than gnc vitamin shopee prices..!!!
i spend like 70 a month. i spend like 300-400 and it lasts 5 months or so..

I spend about $200 - $350 mnthly. I use the Instone Line and the 8lb tub of Isopure Zero Carb. However, just bought some NO2 - BIG MISTAKE...not to mention the $700 - $900 mnthly food bill for just two people.
