Current Supplements: GNC Whey, ZMA (for sleep), Animal Pak, Glutamine (yeah yeah), Fish Oil, and I will start Lipo-6 about one possibly two weeks from today.
Diet: About 3000 cal per day.
Goals: Gain strength while burning some body fat.
Dosage: 2.5g on off days, 2.5g before and after workout.
Curls: 45lb dumbells
Military: 110lbs (bleh)
I have used creatine monohydrate for a total of about 4 years in my life. Went from 14-18 using mono until a shoulder injury prevented me from lifting.
This log was set up a day in advance to save some time and give people a chance to bookmark the page to follow my progress. June 1st will be an off day (MAYBE some abs) due to school/work.

Edit: Just tried some (1tsp) and WOW. You guys weren't kidding about the taste. Next time I'll shot it instead of taking it with a cup of water. By the way, my CEE dissolved with a couple stirs of a spoon and it was all gone. No specks or clumps any place.
