Sizeon during your workouts will give you a great amount of energy and intensity while you're lifting, but you don't really feel it afterwards. Give it a try.

It really depends on how sensitive you are to caffeine. If you are I would stay away from pre-WO supps that have it. If not so much try it out and see how you do. I can't have caffeine pretty much after 1-2pm or it messes with my sleep.

I would go with a BCAA during your WO to get some energy, don't think it will keep you up. There are some great pre WO supps that are stim-free as well

I prefer to workout at like 7-8 pm.
Im not a morning person, and I love to get a few meals in me before I workout, just to make sure Im stacked on calories.

Can Purple Wraath be mixed with my Green Mag preworkout or is it best to take them seperately?

try using the stims aruond 6... i take them around 7 or 8 and get to bed around 1030 or 1100... don't think you'll be bounching off th walls throughout the nigth... have you tried this yet?
i wouldn't sacrifice a great product because you're afraid it will keep you up?
i'm assuming this has happened before?
