I want to buy work out equipment, but I do not have room for all those different pieces of equipment. What one machine can I buy that will tone me up in all the right places? Especially, my http://www.healthknow.info/diagnostics_diabetes.asp?abs

What is the best workout equipment for your home? One that is good for abs and legs?

IRONMASTER/Body Solid
This Bench with the decline/sit up attachment will destroy your abs. Degrees of 85,80,70,60,50,40,30,20,10,5,0,then,-5,-10,-20-,30,-40,-50,-60,-70,-80,-85.
Presses or sit-ups! Their Preacher pad does 3 angles alone and can do more if the bench is tilted too. Their bench does so many angles I had to get a BODY SOLID gun rack too quickly adjust the bar to accommodate the benches angles and speed. No bar, no problem, just use dumbbells! The Smith will really do a number 4 the sqauts & lunges.....Last edited by 4sale; 10-05-2007 at 07:43 PM.

Squat rack and FID bench. You can do chins and hanging leg raises on the rack. You can also purchase dip bars at NY barbells that will go inside the cage so you can do dips without extra space.
A neck harness can be attached to the leg extension of a bench if you get creative, simulating a 4-way neck machine.
The Leg extension can also be done to simulate toe raises, again with a little creativity.
