Perfect athlete's anabolic stack (if you got the $)

Okay, I know there are some of you out there who are looking for an edge (duh!!), and maybe even some of you who are looking into things such as Superdrol or Max LMG or even some sort of illegal steroid. Listen to me, DON'T!!! These are so dangerous to younger athletes and you have to buy A LOT of things to make them "semi-safe" that you end up spending a proverbial crapload of money. With this being said, if you are willing to spend the money (and fix your diet, and perfect your training), you can get some serious results. This stack, in my humble opinion will give you the results you are looking for from your supps:

    MAN Body Octane:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/man/body.html

MAN Scorch: (Only pre-w/o when you're dragging/not feeling like working out)
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/man/scorch.html

    HP CEE:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/ester.html

Scivation Xtend: (megadosed, 50grams total daily, 25grams around w/o)
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/sv/xtend.html

    ON 100% Whey Protein:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html

    ON PerforMAXX multi:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/perform.html

    ON Fish Oil Caps:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/fish.html

I know this isn't cheap, and that a lot of you will probably see megadosing of BCAA's as unneccessary, but there is a lot of evidence that they work and create a quite anabolic environment...I believe this will give the best results as far as anabolism/size/strength out of any non-hormonal stack.

This was meant to be an alternative to the hormonal drugs that a lot of 16-20 year olds seem to be so interested in, and since most people in that age group are complete idiots I figured I would lay out an alternative in a real easy to understand format that does all of the work for you. I'm sorry if you guys don't understand the fact that along with a solid diet and good workout program supplements can be very beneficial and give you an advantage...

i thought i laid the sarcasm on thick enough

personally dropping $250+ per 4-8 weeks is a bit extreme for someone who is still in high school. most kids make that much in a month. i stuck with just basic whey and creatine {i even tried dat dere cell-tech} and managed to make varsity squad. plus if i knew what i know now back then as far as training, GPP, CNS, etc i would of been even better and could of taught my coaches a few things.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of X-factor however as it is a bit controversial as far as sides...a lot of people swear by it however.

-Body Octane: Lasts 50 days (and cycled)

-Scorch: Should last a LONG time (around a year) as you only take it on days where you feel down before a workout, at most 1 or 2 times a week

-CEE: Lasts 200 days (of continuous use)

-Xtend: Only 3 weeks megadosed, can stretch to 6 weeks if only megadosed around workout

-ON Whey: Lasts about 75 days.

    -Multi: Lasts 2 months

-Fish oil: Lasts 100 or 50 days, depending on dosage

The only thing you would have to buy w/in a month is the Xtend, and it should be cycled anyway...let's compare that to a Superdrol cycle along w/ all of the supps that should be bought to make it somewhat safe (not to mention the creatine and protein that is taken during the cycle, and that the stack I mentioned above is COMPLETELY safe)

    -Superdrol:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ax/superdrol.html

    -Pro liver:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/prima/liver.html

    -Red yeast rice:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/rice.html

-Rebound XT (Nolva is prefered, but I won't give a link )
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/design/reb.html

    -Test Booster:
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/get/test.html

Now to all of the people who are saying that all of those supps are unneccessary, ask yourself...would you rather the people who are considering Superdrol (or other legal steroids) who mind you are underage, taking the second stack or the first? These people are looking to spend money to help them get better, and I provided the best (in my opinion) non-hormonal alternatives to the hormonal drugs. If you guys think that what I suggested is a waste of money and/or too much, then that is your opinion...it works and will be safe, so I say that my post is worthwhile even if it keeps one kid off of Superdrol/Max LMG...this is my opinion of course...

I find it real hard to believe that your list of 'mix' there....could even compare to a steroid. Heck, the absorption through your stomach is a huge limiting factor right there...versus direct through the blood via an injectable. I think its great to try and push away the younger crowd from the illegal and sometimes harmful 'roid' environment...but as far as results go, I don't the 2 even compare. Its like comparing a taurus station wagon to an airbus!

this is an alternative to hormones. he is not claiming it will give equal results or better results- but you would get plenty good results especially since high schoolers have so much test flying around anyway. its a good post and definitly something young individuals should look at when they start to consider supplements

Okay, I recommend a Whey, a creatine, and a multi...X-Factor is more "bull****" than anything I said...fish oil provides efas, and only costs a few dollars, and a citrulline malate product, which I feel is underrated for athletes at this time. I wonder why all of those people neg repped you .

it does say if you have the money in the title doesn't it? I said it was a good place to start not the be all and end all. I went thru high school taking nothing but a protein shake after working out and had plenty good results. this is something that could be modified, you could add and subtract stuff if you want. i don't see why people are bagging this post, it's not like anyone is stating you have to have this. oh, well.

Definetly. I think most h.s. kids could benefit GREATLY from getting their diet and training in order and then starting protein and a multi after that and creatine after that. That is all you will ever need to tell the truth. The orginial post is exactly what I said it is, a compilation of some of my favorite supps that, if you have the money, could help you and be an alternative to hormonal drugs...which I have already said 1,000 times before, so oh well.

i aggree........this is a great stack....if people our age are willing to put the time and effort in with working out hard and ones who may have a decent budget either frome working or from parents support, they should go for getting these products and taking their bodies to new levels. steroids are something i'd rather think many times about and study before i got into.
at the end of the day, nothin' but my dreams matter....

Great stack...I love it. I remember when I used to waste money on stacks of supplements. I have a cabinet full of crap. Finally I have come to a realization that nothing can beat real food and the only supps worth their salt are whey, multis, and creatine from time to time. I would rather spend my money on chicken breasts, cottage cheese, etc than the proposed stack anyday.

Yeah, fine, great. You know what you are completely right. Now please shut up and go away now. Can you not read? I've said the same thing as you OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER, and yet I've explained my reasoning very clearly and if you lack the reading comprehension skills required to understand it...then I'm sorry for telling you to shut up.

This stack is good but the only thing is if you are 18-23 years old you are probably in college. If you are playing sport then the program you play for will have ALOT of things that they will give you. Everything from their protein shakes, to creatine. They will also set you up with a good diet at the trainning table where you will get enough chromium, fish oils, proteins, carbs, and fats. They may also supplement you with these and come Branch Chain Amino Acids. If you aren't in sports at this age talk to some of the local athletes around town or in the gym. They should be more than happy to tell you what they take, and even possible give you their workout routine.

Good stuff everyone. Young athletes need to see posts like this more often. I suggest mods pin this thread at the top of the sports page.

    Peace

That's good and all, but if they give you anything outside of a training table and protein bars (they aren't allowed to give you powder) then they are breaking NCAA rules...
