Hey, quick question. According to CalorieKing.com, a 150g boneless skinless chicken breast is 142 calories and 30g of protein, raw. So how much is lost after cooking generally?
Thanks.

depends on the cooking method and the ammount of fat it has before you cook it....for example, if you boil chicken with fat on it, some of the fat will be boiled out. However, if you just microwave skinless chicken breast with all the fat removed, there shouldn't be any noticable change in the constitution.
