There are plenty of us here, but this place is so full of information that you can readily find what you need to meet your goals if you are diligent and know where to look (i.e. extensive use of the search-button).

Perhaps you misunderstand me -
I wish to pay a competent, qualified trainer for his/her time assisting me with my nutrition & training. I assumed trainers would be THRILLED that some of us are willing to paypal for advice, vs. just posting "Hey dudes, critique my workout, plz!"

its the message board for oxygen magazine anyways most of the girls there work with this guy name Erik Ledin whom I have recently sighned up with b/c he is very knowledge......not some certificate but a degree and writes articles for muscletech and he knows his stuff go check it out.........his Name on there is THUNDER

I can definately train you for a price, wodln't be too expensive but i am certified by Calpoly university we can talk over aim my sn is "mini lam". I know a great deal about nutrition and lifting. feel free to contact

If u want a real trainer go to www.ironaddicts.com. I have been with him for 17 weeks now and my bench has increased by 60lbs and squat by 70lbs. I cant tell u enough about him and he is well known in these circles. Just check him out...he only charges 200 bucks for 3 months.
