I heard creatine can help you concentrate better. I`m just wondering if you guys know of any good supplemetns to help with your mind. I read somewhere Kava Kava and Green Tea helps. Anyone ?

Dont forget about caffeine. Out of all the nootropics I've tried, none have helped me as much as caffeine. Omega Sports Power Jolt is a good combination of caffeine and some of the other supps mentioned in this thread.

if your looking for short term brust of 'focus power' they make energy drinks called monster they are laced with ginsing (sic) and caffeine...highly recommend them.
