I am going to be starting my first bulking phase soon on August 19th. I weigh 120 lbs, im a tru ectomorph and a hardgainer. I recently purchased Prolab's N-Large 2, Prolab Glutamine, EAS Myoplex Mass, and a Centrum MultiVitamin.
I was wondering if someone could suggest what would be the best way possible for me to take these supplements, that I could see the best gains/results.
Here is how I am thinking of doing it now...
Morning: 5g Glutamine
Preworkout: Myoplex Mass
Post Workout: N-Large Shake
30 Mins Before Bed: N-Large Shake
Before Bed: 5g Glutamine
If there is a better way to take it lemme kno, and alsp, when taking the n-large and making my post bedtime and post workout shakes, how much nlarge should i use...a whole serving or a scoop or two?
Any help would be sweeeeeeeet

Ya, I think all im gonna use is the N-Large and a MultiVitamin and Myoplex Mass for a meal rep.
For my diet I am going to be eating around 3,500 calories a day...150 g of protein and 450 g of carbs. 6-8 Meals a day.
I am just wondering how much N-Large I should take at a time, a whole serving or a scoop or something else for when I take my post workout and before bed shakes with nlarge.

Bump on meatplow, worry about food first. You don't need myoplex mass if you're gonna be taking nlarge 2, personally i'd just take two nlarge shakes a day, but the way you have it is perfectly fine also.
Dump the glutamine and add creatine. Maybe some ZMA before bed, if you respond well to it like i do, then your strength will shoot through the roof, but that is optional..def add creatine though. (prolabs creatine)MOD @ www.anabolicminds.com
