Yohimbe and headaches/pain
I was cutting and taking a product that contains yohimbe since caffeine really does not have an effect on me. Well I noticed I started getting bad headaches. Also I noticed as soon as I got to the gym and starting doing my first set of anything I would get a shooting pain that started in the back of my neck and went up the back of my head. Almost like a pinched nerve feeling. It would slightly go away between sets but as soon as I started the next one and my blood started pumping it would happen again. It would do this for about the first 15-20 mins of the workout and would eventually stop.
I have since stopped taking the product b/c I'm not cutting right now and the symptoms have gone away. I can only imagine it was the yohimbe doing this as this was the only variable in my supplementation.
Is this common?

Hey horse i actually experienced the same thing about 2-3 months ago while going through a cut.....those pains sucked!!!
I stopped taking the thermo i was on and laid off a few days....even then, the headaches were not as intense but sill lingering. It took me about a week before i noticed that they were completely gone.
Were you taking any other stims in addition to this??

well I'm glad I'm not the only one haha. And yes the pains sucked. It was a shooting pain up the back of my head. It also took about a week for my symptoms to diminish after I stopped taking the yohimbe.
I was taking some E-bol I had left over but other than that just the normal staples.

Im not a big fan of stimulants but I can tell you that I feel better with plain Ephedrine/Caffeine or Clen than with yohimbine alone. Maybe its just a personal issue but when I take it 30min later I start to sweat pretty badly and the feeling is pretty weird...

Some of the less serious side effects are :
dizziness
anxiety, irritability, or nervousness
tremor (shaking)
headache
skin flushing.

Yohimbe or Yohimbine? Were you taking anything with Tyrosine or Tyramine in conjunction with it? That could magnify any singular side-effects from the Y itself.

Strong headaches are a common side of Yohimbine. That, and high anxiety.
Good thing you stopped. Smart move.

I remember hearing that Yohimbe can cause Blood Pressure issues which can lead to Headaches. What other supplements were you taking? Anything with Tyrosine?.....This is the reason that they don't recommend taking Green Mag with Yohimbe

I would actually going to recommend replacing the Yohimbe/Yohimbine with Tyrosine to the OP.

It was Yohimbe HCL.
I was not taking anything w/ Tyrosine b/c of the warnings. I actually stopped taking green mag and was taking Storm while taking the Yohimbe HCL sup for that very reason. Guess yohimbe is a no go for me. That sucks b/c caffeine does nothing for me and how this. Now I need to look for a fat burner/stim that works well and that sits well me.
