Today I only had:
1-Sardines
2-Sardines
some cheese
3-Steak + Cheese
6 pints of water
I cant seem to eat any more and dont have time in the morning for breakfast before work. How crap is this meal?
Also Can I eat Soup?

Sardines all day? Yuck!
No time for breakfast? Make time! No excuses or you are just like the other lazy fat american's in this country (damn sounds exactly like what I say in my sheik wrestling gimmick)
Not saying you are fat of course, but that is no excuse. It can't take more than 90 seconds to make a protein shake.
6 pints of water? You should have at least 8.If you always talk about how you could be in great shape if you just worked out and ate right, why don't you just work out and eat right?
