Preworkout: Caffeine + Creatine = ??
Alot of pre workout supplements contain caffeine in various forms, and alot of people, it would seem, like to take caffeine to provide energy for their workouts.
Yet as far as I understand, caffeine seriously inhibits creatine absorption if taken simultaneously. So why do so many pre workout supplements contain both creatine and caffeine? How do people time it if they want to take both caffeine and creatine pre-workout?
At the moment I take creatine pre-workout and post workout and avoid caffeine.
