Hello
I just wanted to say "hi" and introduce myself. I will try to post as much as possible, but right now my computer is down and I am using a friend's.
I am 28 and a wife, mother of two, and a fitness technician.
I started exercising in Jan. 2001 and have lost 69 lbs so far. I know it is has been a slow loss, but I never gave up.
I currently weigh 161 and am 5'8". I am shooting for 155. When I get there, I will see how much lower I need to go.
I do circuit training 3-4 days a week for 30 min. I just got started with a free weight schedule that my husband and I are doing together.
My long term goal is to get my body in the best condition it can be. I would like to compete in the Nova Fitness competition someday.
