1 tablespoon natty Peanut butter
6 egg whites, 1 whole egg or whey/casien shake with 1% milk
Should i add anything else here???????????????????
Meal 2: 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1 can tuna
Carrots
Meal 3: Pre workout: 3/4 cups Oats
whey/Casien shake with 1% milk
Meal 4: Post workout: 3/4 cups oats
whey with water
?????? what else should i add???????
Meal 5: Chiken Breast/ or fish
Large Yam
carrots/ brocallie/string beans
Meal 6: 1 cup CC
1 tablespoon natty Peanut Butter
Also everyday i take a multi Vitamen, Fish oil

can anyone give me any advice on my diet, what to add/ what to not eat?
I am trying to get my arms larger and build my chest up for bball season next year. I also can not do any leg exercises becasue i got ACL reconstrution surgrey 2 months ago.
